THE PROGRAM:
My 12 week coaching program designed to help people with upper body issues (like bad posture, or neck, shoulder, or upper back pain) discover the root problem and correct it using science-backed mobilising, stretching, & strengthening exercises… so they can feel straight, strong, flexible, & pain free again, and get back to doing what they love.
It’s based on my 30 years’ experience as a chiropractor and it works because it’s based on my unique mix of helping people understand & prevent the causes of their issues, before improving.
That way you can maintain the results, for yourself, over your whole lifetime.

What's in the Program
Inclusions:
- The idea is that I teach you how to look after your own body for your whole lifetime. Together we assess and improve the function of your body, and then you learn how to keep it that way.
- 12 weeks of structured educational and training videos hosted online. Access is on-demand, and all videos are shorter than 10 minutes each.
- Weekly Live Group Video Coaching Calls. (Plus there is an option to purchase private 1:1 calls directly with Dr. Stefan.) This creates a community of people striving for the same goal.
- A 10 test method of evaluating your own posture & upper body health, to assess the main areas you need to focus on.
- Assessment of your case history and any x-rays/MRIs you may have, to help determine any individual needs.
- The 12-step system for exceptional posture and a healthier musculo-skeletal system. (With a focus on upper body health.)
- Private Facebook Group for asking questions. You can ask Stefan questions here any weekday for the whole 12 weeks.
- Weekly exercises with downloadable PDF (each focused on correcting one of the 12-step system to better posture, muscles, and joints).
- Quick, simple lessons on anatomy and how things work in the body, so you understand what you're doing and why. Learn the causes of poor posture & musculo-skeletal health and how to avoid them.
- Lessons on motivation, ergonomics, postural devices, chair choice, trigger points and more.
- Small group - no more than 25 people.
- Final exercise routines (short & long versions) that puts everything together.
