I also knew from 30 years in practice that strengthening and stretching wasn’t going to cut it.
Mobilisation is a massive part of fixing posture & shoulder tightness, but I couldn’t do chiropractic on myself.
Could I mobilise my own spine with exercises instead though? Maybe!
So I started designing exercises to loosen the key areas in my spine that cause pain & bad posture.
And began doing them each night, along with others to target the key postural muscles.
As I progressed, I refined the exercises, simplified them into a simple 8 minute routine I did 5 days a week.
Then one day noticed how different I looked from my early YouTube videos.
I'd even forgotten about the neck pain.
