And what's more embarrassing is that up until a few years ago, I never even noticed it, until I watched some of my own videos ... and realised just how bad my own posture really was!

And began doing them each night, along with others to target the key postural muscles.

As I progressed, I refined the exercises, simplified them into a simple 8 minute routine I did 5 days a week.
