I had severe shoulder pain for years all through my 40s. It got to a stage that I could barely get through a day at work.
I couldn't play tennis, reach up, or reach behind myself without terrible shoulder pain.
I tried everything. Physios. Specialists. All the classic exercises like Rotator Cuff strengthening, but it never got better.
So I know, first hand, how frustrating shoulder pain is.
The pain got so bad that it began to threaten my career, so in the end I reduced my hours at work and studied shoulders for hours a day, for months.
I discovered the real cause of outer shoulder pain.
