What's in the Program

Inclusions: 

  • The idea is that I teach you how to look after your own body for your whole lifetime. Together we assess and improve the function of your body, and then you learn how to keep it that way. 
  • 12 weeks of structured educational and training videos hosted online. Access is on-demand, and all videos are shorter than 10 minutes each.
  • Weekly Live Group Video Coaching Calls. (Plus there is an option to purchase private 1:1 calls directly with Dr. Stefan.) This creates a community of people striving for the same goal.
  • A 10 test method of evaluating your own posture & upper body health, to assess the main areas you need to focus on.
  • Assessment of your case history and any x-rays/MRIs you may have, to help determine any individual needs.
  • The 12-step system for exceptional posture and a healthier musculo-skeletal system. (With a focus on upper body health.)
  • Private Facebook Group for asking questions. You can ask Stefan questions here any weekday for the whole 12 weeks.
  • Weekly exercises with downloadable PDF (each focused on correcting one of the 12-step system to better posture, muscles, and joints).

Understand

To improve chronic posture problems and all of the related issues like neck, shoulder, & upper back pain, you need to firstly understand the anatomy of all of these areas, and how they are supposed to function. Then you need to measure how YOUR body is currently functioning in comparison. By assessing where you’re at, you'll know which areas need to be your prime focus. And you can measure your progress over time.

Prevent

The second thing you need to understand is what causes these areas to become dysfunctional—the things you do every day that are creating the problem. There’s a reason posture and positional related issues in the neck, shoulder & upper back are so incredibly prevalent nowadays. It’s our lifestyle habits. If you don’t address the cause of dysfunction, the problem will always come back.                    

Improve

The third thing you need is the most efficient ways of addressing these issues. Exercises based on science that stretch, strengthen, AND mobilise. Physios & Physical Therapist tend to focus on muscles, and chiros on joint mobility, but you need to address all three if you want great, lasting results. Mobility in particular, needs to be very pinpoint to certain key areas of the spine, ribs, and shoulders. If not, all the exercises in the world won’t help you.
